The high-quality redevelopment of the Walden School in Saffron Walden by Chase New Homes provided 40 new homes, including a mix of houses and apartments, through the conversion of attractive historic buildings and sympathetic new-build construction.

St. Albans Brickwork was responsible for the brickwork and stonework, ensuring the preservation of the site’s historic charm. In addition to much-needed housing, Chase also provided sporting and recreational facilities, including tennis courts, a multi-use games area, and refurbished the original swimming pool.
