Designed with the community’s needs at the forefront, the Park Avenue development offers a wide variety of housing options to suit diverse preferences and requirements. The plan includes 123 homes designated for London affordable rent, 110 homes available for London living rent or shared ownership, and 283 units for general sale.

Park Avenue will feature a range of home sizes, from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, ensuring it caters to the varied housing needs of the local community. Furthermore, each block within the development is designed to include a play area, creating safe and engaging spaces for children, alongside central areas designed for community gathering and socialising.

The Southall Park Avenue site will consist of 516 new, high-quality, sustainable, and affordable homes across five buildings of varying heights, from 5 to 26 storeys. Additionally, the development will incorporate approximately 1,000 square meters of commercial and community spaces at the lower levels, as well as a double-storey basement constructed in close proximity to National Rail, enhancing accessibility and convenience for all residents.
